Why I want to be an au pair

I want to become an au pair because I genuinely enjoy being around children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I see this opportunity as more than just caring for children it is a chance to become part of a family, experience a new culture, and create meaningful connections. As a first-time au pair, I am excited to step outside my comfort zone, become more independent, improve my communication skills, and gain valuable life experiences. I would love to share my Filipino culture with my host family while also learning about their traditions and way of life. Most importantly, I want to be a responsible, caring, and positive person whom the children can feel comfortable and happy around. I hope to make wonderful memories with my host family while contributing positively to their everyday life.
