About claire

I am writing to express my sincere interest in becoming an Au Pair. I am excited about the opportunity to live with a host family, help care for their children, and learn about a new culture while sharing my own. Growing up, I learned the importance of responsibility and caring for others. When my parents went abroad, At the age of 12 years old I helped take care of my three younger siblings, who were 7, 5, and 1 year old at the time. Through this experience, I learned to be patient, attentive, and responsible. I also gained experience helping with household chores, preparing meals, and keeping our home clean and organized. I am currently a fourth-year BS Psychology student at National University–Dasmariñas. My educational background has strengthened my interest in understanding people and child development. Although I do not have formal professional childcare experience, I have learned valuable caregiving skills through my family responsibilities, and I am willing to continue learning and improving. I would describe myself as hardworking, dependable, respectful, and open to new experiences. I understand that being an Au Pair involves more than helping with children; it also means respecting the host family's routines, communicating openly, and becoming a responsible member of their household. I hope to become a positive and caring presence in my future host family's home. I would be grateful for the opportunity to support their family, learn from them, and build a meaningful cultural exchange experience. Thank you for taking the time to consider my application. I look forward to the possibility of becoming part of your family and creating a positive experience together. Sincerely, Claire Irish Lagoras
