About Rose Ann

Hello, Host Family!? My name is Rose Ann, I am 25 years old from the Philippines. I recently worked as a primary teacher for three years and resigned this April 2026. My professional background has given me solid experience in caring for and guiding young children in their learning, behavior, and daily routines. I am used to handling different personalities, preparing activities, and ensuring children’s safety and well-being in a structured environment. Through my teaching experience, I have developed strong patience, responsibility, and communication skills with children. I am confident in supporting their emotional, social, and educational development in a positive and caring way.

Why I want to be an au pair

In my teaching career, I managed young learners daily, planned activities, assisted their development, and ensured their safety and well-being. This experience has helped me become very confident in handling children with different personalities and needs. Aside from my professional background, I also have personal experience taking care of children in my family, which strengthened my natural patience and care for kids. I am responsible, adaptable, and always willing to help in any way I can. I would like to become an Au Pair because I want to grow in an international environment while continuing to do what I am passionate about caring for and supporting children. I also see this as an opportunity to learn about a new culture, improve myself, and contribute positively to a family’s daily life. And also I see it as a wonderful opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I am excited to experience a new culture, learn a different way of life, and share my own Filipino culture with my future host family. At the same time, I want to continue doing what I love caring for children while building meaningful connections with a family from another country. Being an Au Pair will allow me to step out of my comfort zone, become more independent, and gain valuable life experiences that I will carry with me in the future.
